[strat_list] new paper

[kuroda]

Dear colleagues;

Our new paper regarding for the Solar cycle modulation of the winter 
NAO by the activity of ozone is now published in JGR (2007JD009336).

Also attached is the related paper for the solar cycle modulation
of winter NAO by the QBO/ENSO recently publised in JMSJ.
