[strat_list] Paper: Bimodality of QBO and NH winter vortex

Dear All,

I have submitted a paper to J. Clim. about
the connection between the QBO and the NH winter vortex.
This paper focuses on aspects of bimodality and the regime
shift in the end of the 70ies. It is related to recent papers
by Lu et al. and Anstey and Shepard.
