[strat_list] New paper submission to J. Climate

I'd like to advertise a paper I just submitted to J. Climate with co- 
authors Dave Thompson and Ross Heikes: "The Atmospheric Circulation  
Response to Climate Change-Like Thermal Forcings in a Simple General  
Circulation Model. Part One: Steady-State Experiments".  Any comments  
would be greatly appreciated.
