Curriculum vitae | Personal Website
Dr. Gilly is a heliophysicist and computational solar physicist specializing in coronal magnetic topology, solar wind modeling, and forward modeling of heliospheric observations. His work develops and integrates physics-based magnetic field frameworks (e.g., PFSS and NLFFF solutions), modular solar wind acceleration models, and white-light emission synthesis tools to connect solar magnetic structure with observable heliospheric signatures. In parallel, he designs novel solar image-processing algorithms and leads educator-centered data activation initiatives that translate cutting-edge mission data into both research advancement and public engagement impact.
