Visitor: NWRA Welcomes Alexandra Mannings to our Boulder Office

Alexandra will be a Junior at U of Alabama Tuscaloosa. She will be working at NWRA via the CU REU (Research Experience for Undergraduates) program with Dr. K.D. Leka and Eric Wagner.She will be working on “Chromospheric Crinkles and Pre-Flare Crackles with H-alpha Imaging Spectroscopy.” Welcome Alexandra! |
Visitor: NWRA Welcomes Dr. Lars Hoffman for a return visit to our Boulder office

Dr. Hoffman is from Julich Institute for Advanced Simulation (IAS) and a Research Scientist at the Juelich Supercomputing Center.He is a team leader of “Simulation Laboratory Climate Science.” Lars will be working with Dr. Joan Alexander on “Satellite Observations of Gravity Waves Generated by Convection.” Welcome Lars! |
