Colby is working in the Boulder office as an undergraduate student in the Atmospheric Sciences at CU. She is collaborating with Laura Holt and Joan Alexander.  

They are studying spectral analysis of gravity waves with satellite data to understand why climate models have insufficient gravity wave forcing in the Southern Hemisphere.

Peter will be working on ionospheric modeling and HF radiowave propagation in the Monterey office.  Peter received his PhD in Physics at University of Texas, Austin with postdoctoral experience in stellar hydrodynamics, theory, and computation.
