NWRA Welcomes Keiji Hayashi, Research Scientist

Keiji will be working in the Boulder office. He will continue his collaboration with Graham Barnes and K.D. Leka. They will be working together on global boundary magnetic field optimization for coronal and solar wind models. Keiji’s other research activities include mitigating bias in weak magnetic field data from the Solar Dynamics Observatory. Please welcome Keiji! |
NWRA Welcomes Martina Bramberger, Postdoctoral Research Associate

Martina will be working in the Boulder office. She comes to NWRA from DLR, the German Aerospace Center, in Oberpfaffenhofen and has expertise in atmospheric dynamics. Her postdoctoral work with Joan Alexander will focus on tropical convection and tropical waves. Martina will become part of the Strateole-2 team that is preparing to launch radio-occultation instruments on super pressure isopycnal balloons that will circle the Earth in the tropical lower stratosphere later this year.
