NWRA Welcomes Kyle DeGrave, Postdoctoral Research Scientist to our Boulder Office
May 2015
|
Kyle joins Doug Braun’s research team to work on forward and inverse modeling of local-helioseismic data from SDO, with the goal of recovering subsurface flows and wave-speed perturbations beneath sunspots and the sources of solar flares. Kyle recently received his PhD from New Mexico State University where his thesis work was largely supported by a subcontract from NWRA’s SDO Science Center project. Welcome Kyle! |
