NWRA Welcomes Evan Higgins.

Evan Higgins, Student Intern, began working with Jeremy Thomas and Natalia Solorzano on 5/15/21. Evan is a fourth year computer science undergraduate at DigiPen and will be assisting on developing ground station software for their global electric circuit high-altitude balloon campaign scheduled for this summer in Sisters, OR.
