Eric is a high school senior at Bellevue High School. He is working this summer with Natalia Solorzano and Jeremy Thomas on processing & analyzing lightning data. Eric is interested in ‘studying weather and in using engineering to make the community a better place’. Please welcome Eric! |
NWRA Welcomes Ian Mansfield, Summer Student Intern, Boulder office

Ian joins us today (May 25) as a summer student intern working with David Schecter & summer student visitor Brittany Lazzaro on conducting numerical experiments with a state-of-the-art weather research model to improve our understanding of how “tilted” tropical cyclones intensify. Ian is a student at CU Boulder and expects to receive his bachelor’s degree in atmospheric and oceanic sciences in 2024. Please welcome Ian! |
